Ride to Torrey Pines
Head past Del Mar Dog Beach and cross the bridge over the Del Mar river mouth and lagoon. Stop at Powerhouse Park and Beach to enjoy ocean views. Continue into downtown Del Mar, pausing at the main plaza, then ride to the historic Del Mar race track. Next, visit a scenic viewpoint on 4th Street overlooking the ocean, before arriving at Torrey Pines State Beach. Take time to explore on foot and appreciate the beach vistas. Return to Solana Beach with a detour to view the Del Mar lagoon.
North Coast Ride
Follow an oceanside route with stops for walking and sightseeing at Harbaugh Seaside Trails, Cardiff, Swami’s Beach, and downtown Encinitas.
